What material are your T-shirts and hoodies made of?

Our products are made primarily from high-quality, soft organic cotton or cotton blends. You can find the exact details on the respective product page.

How do the sizes run?

The sizes are usually true to size. For oversized or unisex products, we recommend checking the size chart on the product page.

How is the design printed, or what printing methods do you use?

We print the majority of our products using the modern DTF (Direct to Film) process – a flexible printing method in which the design is transferred directly onto the garment via a film. The print is durable, easy to care for, and suitable for many materials.

For products with transparent elements, we use high-quality digital printing (DTG) . This process allows for particularly fine details and smooth color gradients – for a comfortable feel and long-lasting quality, even after many washes.

How do I wash your products correctly?

Wash the garments inside out at a maximum of 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Please do not iron directly over the design – this will help keep your shirt looking beautiful for longer.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes – you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. Please send us an email with your order number to info@crimpkings.de .

Important: Personalized products (e.g. with names or icons) are excluded from exchange or return – unless there is a production error.

What to do if goods are damaged?

Send us a photo and your order number to info@crimpkings.de . We will take care of a replacement as soon as possible.

How does the return process work?

Simply send us an email including your order number to info@crimpkings.de or use our contact form , and we'll explain the next steps. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
